Assisting buyers & sellers with their real estate needs has been my passion for 24 years! |
My wife and I obtained our real estate licenses in May of 1992 through the Professional Institute of Real Estate. Shortly thereafter, we hung our real estate license with Dan Schwartz Realty which was at the time, an independent brokerage firm. It was during this time that we were both also employed with Southwest Airlines. For seven years we ambitiously worked as a "dual careerists" serving the passengers of Southwest Airlines in the early morning hours on weekdays, while at the same time successfully serving both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs in the afternoons, evenings, and on weekends. Initially, it was the best of both worlds. Business was good, both at Southwest Airlines as well as at Dan Schwartz Realty. During this time, I built a solid clientele base through my fellow coworkers at Southwest Airlines. This of course, kept me very active in the real estate market. In July of 1998, I made the decision to resign at Southwest Airlines, as this move would allow me to devote more of my time and energy to my real estate business. After leaving Southwest Airlines, I joined ReMax Fine Properties in Scottsdale, AZ. In July of 1999 I obtained my Real Estate Broker's license through the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. Since that time, I have delved into several real estate related positions. During the market boom, I ran my own independent firm known as: Ashley Fine Properties. By 2009, the volatile market and real estate decline led me to join Ogden & Company as their designated broker. This past April, I made the decision to join FDR Real Estate, located in Tempe AZ. I currently hold the designated broker position with FDR Real Estate and am excited to continue my professional endeavors right next to ASU's Tempe campus! FDR Real Estate offers comprehensive real estate services both in the residential and commercial industry. Our firm also provides extensive property management services.
During our "dual careerist" days, my wife and I were featured in two real estate magazines...
